I have been using this product for about 10 years, for my aches and pains, mainly in my neck, shoulders and back. It is great! I have not found anything better. I also like the fact that the quality is still in the product. same ingredients and consistiency. I love the smell, too. Yes and price too, has not gone up like other products! I would recommend this product to anybody with joints pain. Not only this gel relieves pain, it also fights inflamation. After using it just for a month, I am starting to wear my rings again, because my arthritis fingers are no longer swollen! Kudos to people who invented this magic product based on natural ingredients!

I have a football player in the house who also lifts weights. We have tryed everything from heat wraps to roll-ons. This by far is the best muscle pain relief I have ever used. My son agrees. If it doesn't call for ice, this is the only thing we use.

I was given this by my chiropractor, and I really liked it! All natural ingredients , nice smell and it feeeeeeels so good! It's not a fix it cream but why not get some relaxing relief? I've been using this product for years and wouldn't be caught without it, that's why I finally bit the bullet and bought a entire huge 128ounce bottle. I don't know why I didn't do it sooner, the money I could have saved! Anyway, I have severe pain that sometimes even narcotics won't help and that is where my Sombra comes in. It has eased up muscle pain that couldn't be eased by valium. It got rid of headaches that were on the verge of being migraines. It eases low back pain from a car accident that I can't control with anything else. I've tried so many products and there isn't anything out there that helps like Sombra. My family uses it as well. Try it you will thank me and Sombra!

I have used this product for over 3 years. I am a 56 year old competitive skater who gets very sore muscles from my skating. I have both the warm and cooling formulas that I use based on intensity of pain. The warm is much better with extreme pain. The cooling formula has a strong numbing ability when needed. The warm activates with exercise and will work for more than one day. It is amazing and great for this old body.

I especially like this gel because it hits the inflammation and eliminates the pain. This is a product I have been using for many years now and have it on hand for a number of people, who now swear by it. My chiropractor uses it on his patients since I gave him a jar when he hurt his knee. There is nothing better than personal experience. Just make sure you wash your hands carefully, you don't want to touch your eyes after applying it.

Got into some lower back pain issues recently. With this product, chiro adjustments, epsom salt baths.....much better. The product is relaxing going on and it does get cooler after it has been on for awhile. It seems to relax tight muscles and it goes on easily.

I was introduced to Sombra about four years ago while undergoing PT after shoulder surgey by the therapist. I have used Sombra since that time for muscle pain and discomfort. My wife started using Sombra recently and has great relief from sore and tight shoulder and upper back muscles. I have not used any other Pain Relieving product since.

About ywo years ago I introduced this product to my 101 year old Dad to rub his legs at bed time and he has obtained great relief from using this product. We tried cool and warm but prefer the warm. I use it on my hands around the thumb area for what I'm guessing is probably arthur and I have a 5 yr old nephew who isn't big as a minute and his little legs hurt him sometimes at night after he's played real hard and we rub just a litle down the front along that bone and around his knee cap and with in a very short time, and we're talking minutes, he's not crying with the pain anymore. I'd love to know if there is a retail store where this can be bought.

I am a type 2 diabetic controlled by diet and exercise. However I have diabetic neuropathy in my feet and I have occasional pain in my toes and numbness in the foot area. I discovered Sombra when it was applied to my feet and legs while having a pedicure. I now apply it every night to my feet and ankles, it cools the foot and leg area and relieves the numbness and pain. I love it and my feet love it! Anywhere I have pain I apply Sombra. It's great.

My wife has carpal tunnel and it works on her wrist. I have a pulled hamstring and it is used in the physical therapy office I attend, great stuff. Works for a few hours, kind of noxema smelling, but it works.
